KidsBank.com™ is a tutorial website brought to you by Sovereign Bank that explains the fundamentals of money and banking to children. It is our policy to respect and protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of information about visitors to our website. Our privacy policy strictly complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Information we collect:

We do not collect any personal information about our visitors. We do request the first name of those who contact our "Ask Mr. Money" message board via email. We do not require real names or postal addresses. Our Visitor Survey asks visitors non-personal questions, which they answer anonymously. We do not currently use passive technologies, like "cookies", to collect or track information about our visitors, such as information about their computers or website activities.

How we use information:

We only collect information to send questions or ideas from our visitors to "Mr. Money," and we do not post any personal information on this message board. We do not use this information to contact our visitors, and we delete it from our records. We also use information from the Visitor Surveys to evaluate and improve our KidsBank.com™ website. We never sell, give, trade or otherwise share any information about our visitors with any outside sources. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act prohibits website operators from asking a child under the age of 13 for more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an online activity.
